As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were extremely professional and attentive, making us feel welcome and taking care of any issues that arose. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and had a quiet atmosphere, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

Felt like a true getaway, with nothing being too much trouble.

The staff were amazing and did their absolute best to fix the problems we encountered. They were wonderful with our daughter too and made her laugh and entertained her. The staff definitely gets a 10/10! ! The architecture of the hotel was lovely, with a beautiful exterior facade that was worth visiting just for the design. The location was also great, with key attractions and amenities nearby.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, making it uncomfortable. the rooms were a bit old and dated, a disappointment.

This hotel is near everything you want to go, and far enough from the noisy spots. It's so close to the lake, the much-hyped restaurant, and the bridges connecting to the center and the train station. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. The staff is helpful and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

the hotel provided us with a helpful suggestion to park next to a nearby park behind the hotel. We followed their advice and found it to be the closest option available. Although, we did encounter a minor inconvenience with the parking meter, as it required payment from 8:00am onwards. Nonetheless, with a bit of planning, we were able to pay for the maximum 90 minutes of parking early in the morning and then extend it later. Despite this small inconvenience, we appreciated the hotel's effort to assist us with parking arrangements.

The service at Bristol was great. We had a situation where our bus was canceled and the staff, particularly Arnaud and Stefano, were pretty good too help us navigate through the challenges. They were kind and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Geneva.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to everything I wanted to visit. The rooms are spacious, clean, and luxurious, with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel right at home.
